What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form:
- your name and work email address (required);
- your organisation and a phone number for a call-back (optional);
- the services you are interested in, an indicative budget, and your message.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, does not track you across other sites, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the services you asked about. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking first.
How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Enquiries are delivered by email to our business mailbox and are not stored in a website database. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards as required by POPIA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, after which it is deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@zaronbs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
